Class Enrolment & Refund Policy

Clay Circle Membership is billed monthly. Payment for the month is required in advance. Studio clay is bought separately. You can sign up for Clay Circle anytime.

Workshops: Full payment is required before the start of the workshop to secure your spot.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancel 3 weeks or more before the workshop: Full refund minus a $20 administration fee.

Cancel 2 weeks before the workshop: 50% refund.

Cancel within 2 weeks of the workshop: No refund.

We understand that life happens – please contact us if you have special circumstances, and we’ll do our best to assist.

Workshops require at least 50% of spots to be filled. If a workshop does not reach this minimum, we reserve the right to cancel. In this case, all participants will receive a full refund.

Booking Tip: We recommend booking early to secure your spot, as spaces are limited for small, personal workshops.
